Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department is an integral part of the medical institution. PM&R helps restore the functions and movements of the sufferer limited by the diseases or injury. The physicians detect and manage a diversity of medical conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, brain, nerves and spinal cord. According to the unique requirements of each patient they provide treatment modalities and rehabilitation options. Presently the department with a lone faculty is thriving to provide services to the needy people of the region. The department aims at upgrading to advanced therapeutic facilities viz. regenerative medicine and advanced procedures, USG guided injections, functional movement disorder programmes, specialized physical and occupational therapies etc.
